This mount is perfect for your class C RV. Most of the brackets out there like the Wilson mount is not long enough to mount on the large mirror mount of any class C RV. This bracket is. That being said you will still need to make the holes one size larger for the bolt to be level with the corresponding hole on the second bracket. This is an alumimum bracket so any standard drill should work fine. It took me under one minute to do. Just be sure to only go up one size diameter with your drill bit. If K40 were smart they would simply manufacture these brackets one hole size larger.They could market it as an RV bracket as well. Do not forget though you need 3 1/2 inch bolts (the ones that come with the brackets are much to short.) You will have to go to the hardware store and get them. I found them at Lowes. Stainless steel. This is a very strong bracket!

Recommended if you’re running anything with more wind loading than, say, a hamstick or short fiberglass CB whip. Built like a tank, well machined, and reasonably priced.I have this mount clamped to an M16 bolt threaded into my Crosstrek’s front tow hook hole, supporting a lightweight manual screwdriver antenna. The mount displays none of the flexing exhibited by the standard 3/8 stud mount it replaced, and I’m no longer afraid to drive without taking down my HF antenna.

This is the best CB antenna mount I've used on a tractor-trailer, the only issue I've had is that when trying to install it on my 2013 International tractor, I discovered the bolts weren't quite long enough due to International moving to fatter mirror brackets. I'm not sure about the other new trucks, but you may have to spring for longer bolts to get this to mount properly.Once it's on, it's not likely to slip though, having grooves on both sides of the mount. I've used cheaper mounts in the past with traction grooves on one side only, so this is definitely better.

Just a great CB antenna mount,very good quality and price is right! I use one on the big rig at work and i use two of them mounted to the sides of my tool box in my pick-up for the duals. Both applications work great!

Seems well built, but need longer screws for newer 379's.

This thing is, as many have said, much bigger and more stout than any I have seen. I am using it to mount a 6 foot fiberglass flag/whip on my Jeep for off-road safety. This heavy duty mount is more than capable. I strongly recommend for antennas or whip mounts.

This is a really HEAVY DUTY mount, way better than the "standard" mirror mounts I have used for decades. Not only polished a LOT better, with a chrome stud this also is a made with a lot thicker material. Sweet mount and a lot cheaper here than at the cb shop or the truck stops and with prime delivery Amazon can't be beat LOVE IT .

This thing is built like a tank... Very durable and rugged... My only thing was a personal thing, not an issue with the mount... I used it to attach to a tire rack on the back of my vehicle... The supplied bolts are 1/2 inch too short... A $2.50 trip to the hardware store fixed that... It's in and won't be going anywhere... I did run an extra ground wire to make sure I have a solid ground to my truck... Best mirror mount I've used yet!
