I live with an inherited illness, so legs aren't pretty, and besides having very strong and long hair, my skin is just so sensitive, I normally can't coop with any type of hair removal. So I didn't, for a long time, as you can see in pictures and video, it was very long and ugly. After reading reviews, I decided to give this one a try. I read from someone, that they had received a used device, so I carefully checked mine on arrival, and I believe mine was used slightly too - forgot to make pictures of this pre-check, but only few tiny black dots and one little hair inside was giving me concerns. I felt this device wasn't utterly used much, so I gave it a little clean with TeaTree, which made me confident I won't catch anything, although I used to be really sensitive. Then I tried the shaver in a hard way. Now, I have read the instruction, that long hair should have been removed first with trimmer, however, trimming never been a healthy solution for me, so after reading one particular review saying that it actually works well on strong long hair too, I just went on with it. You can see the video how it works amazing, I can't stop being amazed, I really thought I'll never have leg hair removed in this life anymore. It really works a wonder, and I had not even a slightly red skin or any rash after all. It works rather fast too. Now, about using it on a strong and long hair, I understand why it is suggested not to, because it gets stuck under the heads and it is really requiring a patience to clean it. Also, as others suggested already, the given small brush is not a great help in removing the stuck hair. However, since I now have the means to re-do this much more often, I believe it was the one off time to begin with such long hair. I also ordered a stronger brush to clean it, as it really worth to invest in it in my opinion.Update: It was only after I wrote this review, that I have done a more thorough research on this product. So then I came to understand its head is made of a special alloy, said to be a 18K gold plated one, which might gave me a better understanding why it works far better on my skin with my metal allergy! My only concern now is that the description on Amazon says, that these heads actually are interchangeable, as well as the instruction manual in the box tells that after a year of use it is recommended to change the heads, however I done a search to buy replacement heads for it and found NONE available ANYWHERE. I guess at this price one just buys the next product without trying to replace only the heads?PS: don't be fooled by the Amazon Gift Card they promise you, if you give feedback with pictures/video - they never even acknowledged it. Just saying. I wouldn't probably bother to take pictures and write so long otherwise, as there were already so much good feedback too. But I'm still happy with the product.

I love this electric hair remover, its easy to use and charge and easy to clean. It leaves a nice clean shave on the skin with no cuts or nicks. I like that it has a wide pad that covers a good amount of area which is a time saver. The pads manouvre well which is great feature and I am happy with the performance of this and would recommend to all my girlfriends,

Comes with a USB charger and cleaning brush.This is my review based on my own usage of this product:List of pros:- product looks solid and the material used to make doesn’t feel cheap- rotary heads make it easier to reach even the trickiest areas- after using it a few times I had no allergic reaction nor experienced any redness or strawberry skin like symptoms which I do have after using standard razors- I have only used it on dry skin and I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked. Remember to do it in circle motions for best results- worked well with the following areas: bottom part of the legs, upper part of the legs, top part of my feet. Haven’t tried on my body or face as I do not shave those parts- painless unless you have very long hair then I would recommend trimming them with the pop-up trimmer head (included) before using the rotary heads.- Battery life is good- Small so you can take it with you everywhereList of cons:- After 5-10 mins it gets hot so you need to give it a break (seller mentioned it in their recommendations so cannot say that was hidden). It takes me around 5-10 minutes to do my full legs so I usually make on time before giving it a break to cool down- A bit noisy- Hard to clean when using a brush. I haven’t tried it to clean it under the running water- No charging plug included (but any other plug with standard USB port can be used)- I have used it on my bikini area but the shave quality wasn’t as good as when I use a standard razorPersonally I would recommend it but every skin is different so cannot speak for everyone. I bought this, with a view to 'trimming' my winter plumage, before wetshaving in the shower. It charged quickly and did a very good job on my legs, in a very quick time. In fact each leg took minutes and I didn't have to bother with a wet shave after all. However, I would NOT recommend using this shaver under your arms, oh boy did I regret it! I've never had a shaving rash before, but I know all about them now 😳 . I can't even start to imagine what it would be like shaving other areas with it, and I don't fancy finding out! It's a great little shave for your legs, really quick and comfortable to use, but that's where the journey ends for me!
