pretty for Halloween, and very practical
I bought these for my 11-year-old who wants to be a butterfly for Halloween. These wings are perfect because she can wear regular black clothes, and then just fasten these around her neck. They'll be easy to remove for gym class, and will actually fit into her gym locker. She'll also be able to get in and out of the desks at school, without having fixed, wire-frame wings in the way.

Fun festival cape
I like the patterns; however, it is not a vibrant blue as the picture depicts. And the underside is not patterned or colored, which I find disappointing. It's good for the price. It ties around the neck instead of across your back. The piece that attaches at your neck is elastic covered with a patterned fabric. The one I got was black with medium sized colorful diamonds.It attaches with velcro.

Missing finger loops to hold wings up
I thought it would have finger loops to hold up the wings. Kind of hard to constantly hold the wings by pinching them.
