Happy with the housing and frame. Great build. Filters are not worth the money. I bought other filter brands and they work better. Virus guard does nothing as well. 5 stars for the product. zero for the false filter advertising. Check out other brands with the 2.5x 10 filters. Use your own combination that works best for your water source. Water flow is perfect. Easy to install. Definitely heavy with water in the canisters lol

Great product excellent customer service I’ve had mine for over a year and it gets constant use being I stay in my rv 5 days a week. I’ve only had 1 problem as the inlet connection started to leak. Called customer service and they sent a brand new out can’t beat the customer service

I installed this at the beginning of January hear in atlanta. I really like the system so far. After a month I did run into water pressure problems. After checking my filters I found them to be extremely dirty which is a good and bad thing good that it's catching all the stuff in the water but bad that they did not last a month.i called the customer service number. I spoke to a very nice gentleman who helped me figure out the problems. I explained that I have had to leave the water running 24 hrs a day for the past month due to the extreme cold that has come through. He explained that with the excessive water flow being more than normal it will be working harder at cleaning the water. He gave me some tips and suggestions and even sent me some replacement filters for those that I had to replace. I highly recommend this filter and the customer service is top noch.

I have owned it for 2 years we love it. We camp 6 weeks per year and use it at every camp ground it works great. We have 2 dogs before this we were using the one filter connected to the hose some camp grounds the dogs drank very little water (they have very good taste of what is good) but after installing in the same camp ground the dogs wanted more water we were sold on it. We just replace the filters once per year. Even the ice we make is total clear. It's a lot of money but well worth it.

Overall the item filters water well, good taste, feels fantastic in the shower. I can't speak to the longevity of the filter as I haven't had ot that long.The reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is the gaskets that this product comes with are terrible.Like others have mentioned. The filter nearly immediately started leaking water. After I poked around for a bit, I noticed the gasket looked funny. Turns out it was completely split in half.The gasket was hard and not flexible. This could be from possibly sitting in storage too long or just a bad batch. After replacing it with a $0.30 garden hose gasket from home depot no more leaks.If you get one and it leaks just check the gaskets (I might suggest having some on hand when you setup, hopefully you have replacements laying around from other projects like i did)

Nice easy setup and it does a good job at removing solids from water. Not great at removing calcium and magnesium, so you can still get water spots, but otherwise does a great job. I use with a water softener and the water is crystal clear. Love it. Would definitely buy again.

Ran the filters 3 month in the system. The white one I am holding is the replacement for the brownish-yellow one. Taste of rust gone and my tea pot doesn’t get a white film anymore. So much better then using the little RV filters.
