This is a reprint of a very old and out of print herbal remedy book that was beyond my herbal knowledge. I sent it to someone who has deeper knowledge of herbal care. I was not able to get any useful info from it, so I passed it on.

After buying I realized that this is the same book that I was able to download for free online. But regardless, it's really nice to have a printed version of it. It's definitely a bit archaic, and there is surely more updated info, but has been helpful for me regardless. The margins in the book are huge. They could have made a pocket sized version just by cutting out the margins. Smaller would have been easier to handle and store, but it's also nice to be able to have lots of room to write notes.

I found this book an interesting read. It’s written in the old English of its day. The treatments and theories may or may not be of use today, but I found it an interesting read & a fascinating insight into poutry keeping in that era.

I was hoping it was more in depth

It was not what I expected, it s contents were. out of date . but no fault of the book!
