Very pleased
I am very pleased with this product. I looked at many other similar products and kept coming back to this one. I was looking specifically for a fire place that would flush mount and blow heat from the front. I was nervous when it shipped because it is fairly heavy and the box didn't look to good when it arrived. But we installed it about three months ago and it has been great. It is in our master bedroom at it works great to take the chill off before bed. Most importantly the wife likes it.

As expected
This fireplace is exactly what I was looking for. Very nice ambiance with lighting settings. Super easy to install. The heat output could be better...but what do you expect from an internal wall mounted fireplace. It's not a real fireplace

Looks great!
The front plate is easy to come off to change the logs or the Crystals. I was leery of the flames, I had read reviews saying they weren't very realistic. Honestly I think they are super cool! Love that there is dimmer as well. Everything is great. The only only thing is that the remote works about 10 ft out from the unit itself, not much further. Other than that it is perfect!

We installed this on the wall rather than recessed. It makes a ckicking sound as the fire runs. It is a little annoying. But overall i like the item.

Great little electric fireplace
Not to heat a large living room, good for bedrooms or smaller spaces. Looks amazing, we just need to put stone around it to finish the project.

Beautiful heating and decor feature
Half the price of the one the RV dealership wanted to charge us. We are so happy with this purchase. The lightning is beautiful and it heats a room well. I would buy this item again!

Wonderful fireplace ambiance! My wife loves it!
Very nice fireplace. My wife absolutely loves it! The flame effect is very good. Color selection in nice for variety. Heater works well. If it also produced radiant heat it would be ideal but we do use the convection heat often. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Adds lot of character to any room.
Love it - heats up the living room nicely! Instructions didn’t say that when you lift the glass you also have to pull it up. It took a while to figure that out. Otherwise we are very happy with it!
