Wow. Very pretty. I ordered the Ablue color and the product looks just like the picture. I used a yard stick to show the length and width of this particular set. The fabric is sheer and lightweight. It will snag easily if you're not careful. The tie is appx 18.5" long. I'm not sure if that's standard or just happened to be the length I received, but it can be used to tie the wings around your neck or waist. I'm 5'6 and the wings hit mid-calf at their longest point. If you are short, this pair may be too long. They drag on the ground if they're tied around my waist. The fabric would definitely get damaged if the wings are allowed to drag outside, so be mindful of that. The edging has a shimmer to it bc there are fine pieces of glitter embedded into the fabric (I included a picture of it). Again, not sure if that's standard or just the edging they used for this color. The stitching on the top isn't the best, so if you sew, you may want to reinforce the tie strings so the fabric at the corners doesn't tear. I'll probably add a hook to keep it on instead of using the tie. There isn't an elastic loop to keep the wings attached to your wrist or finger, but I think it's better that way so people can add their own where they want it. Overall, I really like these. The wings are beautiful and arrived sooner than expected.Apologies- I submitted photos of me wearing the wings so you could see how fit in a person of my height, the tie on the front, etc, but Amazon doesn't think those pictures are worth posting.

These are awesome and flowy. I do wish the wings themselves were sewn together instead of just separately sewn to the “choker”, but for the price I can make some adjustments. The choker you use to put the wings on was a little disappointing, I was expecting strings to tie them together and was puzzled by the fabric used for the choker, as another reviewer mentioned, it is black with multi-colored jewels. Why not just black?As far as the length, I’m 5’4” and thought the length was perfect.

Well made, sizing is for an adult - which is what I was looking for!! The neck ties make it easy to wear. Only thing that would have brought my review to a 5 is there is no finger/wrist loops so it needs to be held. To be fair - they never stated that there were loops.

I wish I had paid attention to the neck part of this: it really brings down the look, it's poorly sewn velcro'd fabric with a jewel print on it. On me (a 30 year old woman) it looks especially tacky and silly, and not pretty and fanciful like I was hoping. I think I'll end up folding it over and just pinning the wings to my shirt or dress when I wear the wings for halloween. I do wish the print was on both sides of the wings so you could see it from the underside, but I knew about that when I bought it, and for this price I really can't complain too much. It's fun to flap around with my daughter and her wings, so it was worth it overall.

I ordered the B-Yellow on September 10 and was concerned that it may not reach me in time since it gave a 6-week span for delivery with the latest date being 10/23/17. However I received it on September 25 - plenty of time for Halloween. Like a few other reviewers, I did not like the neck band since it was too tight and had velcro which kept snagging, and the material didn’t match the costume. The neck band was bright multicolor print of pink hearts and large gemstones. I could have lived with it, but I was able to take the neck band off with a seam ripper and sewed some narrow black ribbons on as ties instead. I didn’t realize from the picture that the back of the wings are separated so I also sewed them together to create one piece. If you don’t sew, you could do the same using fabric glue from a hobby or fabric store. I like the fact that it has elastic loops for fingers so you don’t have to hold the material to create the effect of a butterfly. It also is longer than some of the other butterfly costumes offered on Amazon which is nice. I splurged a little on the mask from Amazon, but it was so nice I didn’t mind the extra couple dollars. Overall, the whole costume was well worth it!

My daughter LOVES this. For the price, can't be beaten! A+ I didn't have any problem with odor, as others have. It is beautiful!

Exactly what I needed! A little bit darker in person than expected, but I was hoping it would be! For size reference I’m 5’0” and about 125 pounds, and I got the smaller option. If you’re shorter than me, you’ll want to go for a different set of wings.

This is a review for the BPurple style/color. The wings are actually 2 separate wings; there is no back piece for this style. You wear them with an elastic band around the neck (velcro closure) that has a gem/jewel pattern on it. Each wing has a small elastic loop for your finger to flutter them about easier. Main color on these is pink & it fades to purple at the bottom. This set has the colors printed on the back side only, the front is white. Very lightweight & easy to wear!
