No - handmade in the USA - Georgia to be specific.

Q: What size would be best for Indian Ringneck?

I have a rosella and cockatiels, the small is great for both but I also have the medium size as well. Small is probably best for them.

Q: Do you know where i can find this perch in ex-large?

I ordered 2 size larges in two separate orders for my African Gray. The first one was perfect, the second one was too large, even though it was supposedly a large. The length and girth were considerably larger that the first perch, giving me the impression that the package was mislabeled and I had been sent the XL by accident. I enclosed a note stating the problem and asked them to please send a size large (like it states in their description). I also sent an email to the company with the same information and told them I was returning it. I never heard a word back (this took place in spring of 2021). The perches are good, but the company is not reliable on what they actually send. For that reason I do not recommend that you do business with them.

The medium size should be back in Amazon warehouses shortly. Sorry for the interuption!
