I think it took my body some time to adjust to the first batch of 90 capsules. I noticed a difference in my hair within two weeks of taking the supplements in that it my hair looked shiny and healthier. I bought these multi-collagen capsules mainly in hope that I would see benefits in my skin. I have taken a photo every day so that I can visually see any changes. I can't say I noticed any difference in my skin during the first 30 days, however, I am now halfway through my second batch of 90 capsules and I think I am noticing a gradual improvement in my skin not that my skin was particularly bad in the first place. I am likely to continue using this product and I'm sure the longer I use this product the greater difference I will be able to notice.

Got these as read others reviews that collagen really helps with aches and pains and I have to say that so far Im also feeling the benefits of it too! My nails have also become much harder and have stopped constantly flaking and peeling off so that alone is a great benefit also! Very pleased that Ive tried it and would recommend it.
