When I bought this, I didn’t know I would fall in love. I bought the smaller size, and a little goes a long way. I wasn’t sure I would like a 90’s lip gloss texture that goes everywhere. I’ll be honest. I read through the 4-1 star reviews, and I ask you to do the same. I wasn’t expecting much.Right away I noticed something I like: The smell is neutral.So I tried it once and my skin looks AMAZING. Mind you, it did not irritate my skin. This is significant as I have rosacia. I did not look red or pink, which is a pleasant surprise as my skin is very fair with blue undertones. Any bit of redness shows on my skin, so I was so pleased to see plumper skin, fewer fine lines, brighter skin, and no skin irritation. I use this anytime my skin needs a little extra hydration. It does the trick. Remember- a little goes a long way. Just like 90’s lip gloss.

I use this balm around my eyes before bedtime and also occasionally on my lips. It is super moisturizing and works wonderfully.

This is an effective hydrating balm. Unfortunately I cannot use it on my face as it turns my skin red. Instead I use it on my body. I found this odd given the natural ingredients and my skin is not overly sensitive. Must be something in it that I'm specifically adverse to.

I have been using Naturopathica for 4 years now. Really like this product. Nice and light, and has really helped with wrinkles.

I bought this product in hopes of loving it as much as the Manuka cleansing balm. This wasn’t even comparable. It has a much firmer consistency that you have to break into and then warm up in your hands before applying. It also doesn’t moisturize the skin as well as the Manuka honey cleansing balm. But it does have a nice subtle smell.

When I first used this it reminded me of a salve, it made my skin feel smooth without feeling greasy. Love it!

The balm is very moisturizing, but I’m giving this two stars because 1) the ginger smell is very strong 2) usage resulted in a skin rash from irritation
