It's okay but nothing spectacular
The design and colour is pretty but the dye is very obvious in the texture and feel of the feather. The pen itself share the same base most pens of this type (and of a similar price range) use. Looks nice, but difficult to write with for long periods due to having so many patterns around the grip.The ink has been spilling everywhere since I first opened it and the stopped that is meant to prevent this doesn't seem to help. The ink also has a habit of going through even thick paper such as 'Three Candle Sticks' and other mid range paper types and takes a long time to dry.All in all, I have seen cheaper alternatives but this is reasonable value for money but don't expect too much from it.

Brilliant Quality Quill!
I bought this pen to accompany a vintage journal and it writes beautifully. Quality is great, its nice heavy and very pretty on the eye. I was sceptical that the inj could elak through to the other side of the page but this is nit the case at all. It writes wonderfully. Highly recommend.
