Works surprisingly well
We have the bigger one of these, same company. I, as a male, was like, OH great, another gimmicky tool that has no place to go. Wrong. I have had to cut vegetables a few times, started to to get the cutting board out...looking for a knife and then remembered this one was down there somewhere. Got it out...put it together...carefully... and you are done in about a minute instead of 5 to minutes of chopping... Now for cleaning... There's the rub. FIRST, do NOT touch the cutting piece...on the cutting side and that can be hard to tell occasionally. I mean that thing is sharp like cut you sharp and you don't even feel it until you see the blood sharp... So, be careful. Get the stuff off the cutting piece (metal) or it won't come off in the dishwasher. Use something or make sure you are on the back of the bladed side. Take the end of your knife and quickly run through the slots on the plastic side to get the pieces out or they won't come out in the dishwasher either. BUT, you saved at least 10 minutes of time vs cutting your veggies on a board... AND after your thirty seconds of cussing and cleaning manually, right in the diswasher ready to go next time.... And much better than a knife where you have about a thousand chances to cut yourself while chopping.

Not good
What a huge disappointment. I bought this because I'm the worst at chopping and dicing. It takes me forever. So one day I was watching TV with my 5 year old son and we saw this commercial and thought it was a brilliant idea. Wrong. Here are some problems1. Size. This thing is tiny. Unless you're slicing something the size of a strawberry, you'll have to chop first to get it small enough to fit in the contraption.2. Blades. The blades are dull and don't really cut through anything unless you apply brute force. If you want to dice something, you have to criss cross 2 different blades. The blades hardly stay in place.3. Force. Like I said, you have to apply a lot of force to actually get this thing to work. I'm pretty strong and I broke into a sweat attempting to chop an onion.4. Noise. Once you actually successfully chop, it is so loud!! My dog ran and hid under the bed, my husband in the other room woke up, and my 5 year old son covered his ears and laughed at me.5. The Container. If you don't use the container, once you successfully manage to chop, be prepared for those chopped pieces to fly all over your kitchen. This item provided a lot of laughs, at my expense. So I give it 1 star for the entertainment it provided my family. But if you're actually looking for it to do what it's supposed to do, take out a knife and cutting board and do it the old fashioned way.

too small
Nice kitchen gadget - but - it is too small. I have only used it a couple times. To cut potatoes for french fries - you have to quarter the potato small enough to fit the blades! Demo is deceiving. To slice a tomato, it needs to be a small tomato. Anything about the size of a boiled egg can be sliced easily.

Christmas Gift
These products are Christmas presents for the my daughters and daughter-in-laws. As you can see I am unable to tell you if everything is there as I have no intention of opening any of them. If there is a problem you will have to wait until after Christmas. If you stand by your product, which I am sure that you do and if there is any problems, the girls will let you know then. They look great. Happy Holiday!!! Have added 5 stars only because it will not allow me to submit my review. As I said, can not comment until they are used.

Impressive
I just used the chopper last night and I have to say I'm impressed. I had some rather large button mushrooms to cut and this did great! The cuts were clean, even, and it cut very quickly. I can't wait to use it on carrots or other veggies.

Overtime, I would not use it
So I thought I would really love this because I'm always looking for time-savers in the kitchen. It does what it says it's supposed to do but there are issues.1. Stuck food: because of all the cuts on the black part, food gets stuck there; like onions, peppers, and don't even think you can chop green onions. They really get stuck.2. Pushing: 75% of the time it was smooth, but sometimes I really had to put force to chop the vegetable or I had to open and close the chopper and push down again.3. Surface area: You have to cut your vegetables into smaller sizes to even fit in the food chopper. So the fact that you already have to chop it up to be chopped again kind of felt like a moot point to me.I have returned the device.I feel like mechanically the issue is you have too many chop options.Just have the dice option and the function would be better bc having too many options in the black part leads to a lot of food being stuck and have to apply more force to chop veggies.
