Solid Gold has other varieties my dog like more than this one.

My dog is 100 pounds mixed pit breed and he would only eat it with mixing a little water or white chicken cut up like wet gravy to fool him in eating it as he's very picky with wet food.His favorite are the brands from Aldi as well.Those cans are like 1.59 each lol

My dogs love this Solid good canned wet food. We add it to kibble sometimes and also use it to hide meds in as needed. They find pills in every other delivery method we tried, except a spoonful of this! They gobble it down so fast, they don't even notice the hidden pill.The only negative I can think of is the consistency, it is rather watery and loose. Would prefer firmer, but since there are only good quality ingredients in it, I am ok without any added fillers or "firming agents".

I have a very picky eater and she absolutely loves this food. It is also excellent quality and good for her. Value for your money is extremely good. I would highly recommend this to anyone

I discovered Solid Gold products in 2004 when I adopted my first dog. At the time, I thought Solid Gold was a little pricey for my budget; then I started comparing ingredients and switched brands several times before buying Solid Gold Star Chaser. By then I had 5 dogs, and they all loved both the dry and canned food. It's 2022 now, and I've had 54 special needs/senior/unadoptable dogs. Unless they had extreme issues with food, they've all done well with Solid Gold.

I initially started buying this becasue we adopted a retired racing greyhound and began doing a lot of research on diet and nutrition. Vets are good for what they do but aren't really trained or educated on nutrition. You have to do your own research. This stuff smells like what it is - the stomach contents of a ruminate animal before it comes out the back end. I apologize for being gross but that's what it is. It has a ton of probiotics and enzymes and is really good for your animal. The dogs really love it. Even my cats like it but I bought it for a new puppy because he wasn't getting the best nutrition from the lady who sold him to me. She was just feeding her pups Purina Puppy Chow. He was dirty and itching and his coat was so dull. With good baths and good nutrition his coat is starting to be more shiny and the itch is going away. I supplement his Taste of the Wild dry dog food with a few spoons of this because the tripe is very expensive. I don't have the money to feed it a full diet but then its not necessary to do that if you'll just augment your pet's diet with this as a nutritionally boost. Just hold your nose and scoop it out. Your pets will thank you.

My dog loves Solid Gold green tripe. It is really good for her sensitive stomach, She is a picky eater but she licks the bowl clean when her kibble is mixed with this Solid Gold Tripe. Sadly this dog food is very hard to find, I do not know why. I search the internet and local stores every week to see who has this in stock and Buy as much as I can (which is about 4 to 6 cans) because that is all the store has in stock. Please get more of this in stock. I want to get it on an auto ship. I know there is another brand available but I do not want that one. I Heard things about the other brand that I did not like. Please get Solid Gold Tripe back in stock so I can set up an auto ship..
