Purchased 3 of these. They arrived on time, in good condition, and have been installed and are working properly. Not sure what else there is to ask for.The one other review on these seems to be reviewing the printer itself, which seems out of place. My printer experience has been fine (Phaser 7500).

RIP OFF SCAM
What a scam. I've spent over $5k on a $7k printer that's now worth $1k. I feel like I got robbed at gunpoint by a nerd in a lab coat named Xerox. Never again, never again. Just bought an Epson ecotank with the bottle system for a grand and it prints better than this L.E.D. technology and doesn't cost a bajillion dollars every few weeks. The Xerox Service tech charged $250 just to come in and look at it for 15 minutes. What the heck are these guys doing to the industry? ...running themselves out of business I think.
