Working well so far
I have had this computer for less than 2 weeks, so it may be premature to post a review. So far I'm pleased with its performance. Given the price, I didn't expect it to turn cartwheels. I'm using it to run vinyl cutting software, and it has no problems with that. It's good for YouTube and web surfing. Another review talked about the noise of the fan. Mine is very quiet. Time will tell. If it gives me trouble I will update my review. For now I am happy.

Died at almost exactly 1 year
It was fine for the first year. Then at almost exactly the one year mark, it wouldn't turn on, power button wouldn't even light up. I tried to contact the company, but there web form doesn't work, and there's been no response to my email. So if you only need the computer for a short time, it might be fine, but it's likely made with the cheapest possible components, and then good luck getting a response when it dies.

Bad quality, no support
I need a new PC for the house to stream, check emails, browse for my work. I thought this mini pc would be a good choice after comparison, but it performs so badly than what it should be. The computer kept buffering for a couple of seconds after every 10 seconds when watching Sling TV or Youtube. I tested the speed to see if the internet slow, but it’s great. And the audio DID NOT SYNIC with the video. Another problem is thermal. It became hot so quickly even I just use it to write my paper and some light research. It’s a huge lemon!

no Autostart
It is OK machine but there is no ability to do autostart after power shutoff. Autostart is standard in every bios that I have seen so far but not on this device.

Not fanless, noisy
Description states that "Fanless desktop, quiet computer" and "Charming fanless PC" but there is fan and it's noisy when installing large software, etc. This is false advertising!
