Dried Habanero Peppers (4 Oz) By Ole Rico

I have dried Habaneros myself many times and have ordered them dried several times as well but have never seen them quite so black. They appear to be roasted a bit longer than necessary but are nice and hot. I am using them in mango habanero Jam and while it doesn't look as pretty as it normally does, it is nice and hot though!

These babies are a perfect component in my chili oil, with rich concentrated flavor and the intense but not insane heat you expect from habaneros.
