Very nice… different levels of pressure

Thanks to these, I have started to work out on a regular basis. Hate going to the gym and can't use free weights due to a disease in my hand. These are great. The only thing is I wish they came with a second set of handles. Switching them back and forth during my workout is a hassle and end up not using the handles at all. Quality is great and would highly recommend them.

I bought my first pair for about $75 dollars as COVID was sweeping across the country and I went into lock down. Fours months later after using the set 2-3X per week two of the bands snapped. When I saw in September they were now being sold for about $15 I jumped on the chance to purchase 2 sets. They don't last long, but for that price I won't complain.

These bands are great if you're looking to workout at home. The value is amazing considering all the various bands that are included along with the additional accessories. Much cheaper here than you would find at big name athletic stores. Bands are very durable as well. I like that it also comes with a draw string bag for storage or for when you're on the go.

I already had a 3 band set purchased at a brick/mortar store that I was happy with but wanted more resistance. I was excited to finally see a multiple band set that could be delivered within a week from amazon. I am very disappointed in this set. The bands are thin and hooks are small. I am a regular at the gym and fit, but not super strong. These bands were too weak for my purpose, even using all of them at once. Fortunately, they are the same length as my existing set so I can use them to add more resistance. Otherwise, they would have been returned.Paid more, got less

I am surprised that these provide such resistance. I don't know if they work for building mass, but they are perfect for travel.Post-pregnancy women should definitely use these. Also anyone with diastasis recti may like these.If you have an elderly loved one, these will be terrific for them to exercise.

I bough it for helping me build some upper body muscle. I use it primarily for weight lifting and stretching. I feel better after using the exercise bands. I can control the level of efforts and it meets my needs.

These were/are very good for the price. I had nowhere/no way to work out as its no longer safe for an elder to go for walks in the city; and hotter than the dickens in Texas anyway. These allowed me a gym in my home! Huge variety to keep my body strong!
