Having been troubled with plantar fasciitus for around 10 years now I have had custom made orthotics made which were of little use. However, I have found these to be the best.Initially it is like walking around with boulders in your shoes, but this is because your arches and the plantar ligament really need the support.It is important to wear these for short periods at the beginning, building up to the point where you cannot do without them.Once you reach this stage the relief received is fantastic.I now have several pair and wouldn't be without them.

For my feet, perfect.
