To get the look like the picture you need to twirl the whole thing like a tootsie roll candy ,like the ends! I don't know if I explained right, twisted both ends the opposite way!

This was very cute for my clown Halloween costume! Keep in mind if you have a very skinny neck like me it may be a bit loose. I don’t mind too much though because it was fluffy enough that you couldn’t really notice!

Not as puffy as advertised but it still looks really good if you want to make a unique fashion statement. Ties with a ribbon in the back so it should fit pretty much anyone. It fluffs up very easily. Super pleased with this!

This was perfect for my Pennywise costume this Halloween! The collar comes flattened because of how it’s shipped. But once you fluff it/pull the stuck pieces apart it opens up! Fits great for any neck size since you have to tie it around. Also wants itchy on my neck/jawline either. Very comfortable! 10/10

Did not choke me, perfect size and can be fluffed or flat (I wanted mine more flat) and not itchy! Loved it!!

Woof, this collar is definitely not worth the price. Cheap tulle, doesn't stay upright, came wonky and bent in different places. Looks weird on neck.
