Zigels (TM) Backpack Business Travel Student up to 17" Laptop, Black

I have looked for a lot of backpacks that i can put my 17.1 in HP laptop but this backpack was the only one that actually works great. I use it for school a lot and i put a few notebook and textbooks in it. However, after a few months of use, one of the straps just ripped and i wasn't able to use it anymore. It was great and durable while it last. Although that's the case, i will still recommend this bag. I will just have to warn my friends not to put a lot of stuff in it.

This backpack is of extremely poor material quality. When it was delivered, the outer zipper was kinked in such a way that it would not zip. Eventually, this lead to the zipper breaking. The sewing of the straps to the top of the bag is single stitch and very weak. After a couple weeks of use, the threads snapped and the backpack was nearly unusable. DO NOT buy this pack, it is flimsy and will not last a month. The manufacturer has gone to lengths to make it look durable and stylish, but this is a horrible guise for what this pack actually is-- worthless.

in a day when every urban professional male is using either a) a messenger bag with a buckle on it that screams i only drink pour over coffee and b) a briefcase that tells other people how shallow i am and that i dont have interests outside of my profession, i've decided to go with this backpack and i havent looked back. it's functional, durable and looks pretty cool. there is a 2-3 week period where the smell of manufacturing/packaging will invade the nostrils of those in a 3ft vicinity but who cares.

the material and quality is really nice. it has clips on the top to secure and the bottom is reinforced. recently I order another backpack expecting the same quality but by a different place. it does not have the same quality, it is nice but those two features aren't included. Thank you.

Backpack has great design - good looking and functional. However, the zippers are just awful. And no matter how good the bag looks, awful zippers that keep getting stuck make the bag virtually unusable or at best torturous to use. I got the bag and immediately returned it. Don't bother buying it. Go to reputable bag companies, as they will have much better warranties too.

I had this backpack for ten months before needing to replace it. Used it anout three days a week during my spring semester and a good number of times over the summer. After only about two weeks one of the zippers broke - no big deal, I used the other. After nine months the other zipper broke as well. Outside of the crappy zipper it wasn't a bad backpack, it held my laptop (17'") as well as two or three textbooks and a folder or two. I wouldn't expect much more from a $20 backpack and you get what you pay for.

Fantastically horrible in every aspect. Build quality and design is simply embarrassing. Whomever designed and built this bag should be entitled to a refund on their education. Shoulder straps are like thin strips of black veneer that dig into your shoulders and neck. The bag is one compartment with NON-SYMMETRICAL extra pockets sewed on willy-nilly. I can't stress this enough, if you are looking for a quality bag that holds a 17 inch laptop (WHICH THIS BAG DOES NOT!!!!!!!!) do not bother. Complete and utter cr*p.

I got this for school and hiking in the summer because i live in a wether wet climate and i didn't want any of my books, laptop or clothes to get wet.Im a little mad the first day i used it the zipper broke however the waterproof ness of it is great. My stuff is safe but it doesn't help much since the zipper s broken and doesn't keep the bag closed. Im upset. :-(
