Disslike having to take two of us after setting it all up to pull it out across to the bar to use the wind beaker this is turning into a nightmare

Base plate on main tower was bent @ the corner. 2 screws were also missing from the same base plate & rest of small screws were loose. Had to fit new screws & secure remaining ones. (Looks like it had been dropped on the corner). Very good product when installed could have done without the rectification work. Company have contacted me to apologise & see if they can do something to rectify the situation. Company have compensated me for the problem I had with their product. Can not fault their after after care service. Have upgraded to a 4 star rating

Does the job. Fixings found not to be suitable when fixing to concrete due to the tension the screen is under when in use. Would recommend expansion bolts. You need to be quite strong to pull blinds out. Personally it takes all my weight and both hands. I’m sure this will loosen over time but makes it difficult to get locked in at the bottom at first but ok once you get the hang of it. A little disappointed for the price paid.

Overall pleased with the product, however they could improve it. The base plate is too small and thin. There is not even room for washers. I had to purchase my own nuts & bolts that were going to be strong enough to withhold the winds. I had to put additional base plates on the decking ( maybe me being over cautious ) I have also purchased additional covers as I am not 100% sure of how waterproof they are from the top. Delivery was prompt and no issues there.

Upon arrival of my double sided awning I noticed that there was an issue with a base plate on one of the small legs . I contacted TecTake and sent photos of the issue. Very soon afterwards they sent me an email stating that a new leg would be sent out to replace the faulty one. It arrived as stated and im very pleased to be able to say that I would have no issues using this company or their products again, excellent service. We also use the awning as an outside projector screen, I had doubts about the beige colour but (when its dark) it works very well

I bought this to divide my terrace in twoThe product was 2x3 meters 180 cm heigh. Already during installation I was concerned by the build quality. The awning frame was only mended to the base with 4 small screws.I made a strong foundation and installed the french screws from the base.The french screws are not weather resistant, so they will rust immediately (you should buy some A4 replacements)To my great dissapointment, at the smallest breeze the awning frame fell of the base and the thin aluminium was bended and destroyed.Only answer from support was, it can't handle wind.I wouldn't and couldn't recommend this product to any.It is way to flimsy and weak build to be actually used. But on the picture it looks great.

We purchased on large double sided screen a year ago which proved robust and durable, so this year we purchased a further three screen and have now erected screen all the way round our large decking areas (6 x 5mtr) the screens cut the wind out superbly and provide a good degree of privacy from overlooking neighbours. The fabric is durable and the spring loading in the cassette high quality. The fixings are all much higher quality than expected - a great product.
