Great Product, Great Company
I have been taking this along with the Green Coffee Bean Extract and Raspberry Ketones. Have lost nearly 9 lbs. in 7 weeks. My kids have noticed that my stomach is smaller and my clothes are fitting loosely. I may have to go down a pants size pretty soon. I feel ten years younger and I have some pep in my step again! As a frame of reference, I am a late 40s male who is 6'2" and was weighing 254 at the beginning. Until recently, I had been around this weight for over a decade. Mere dieting and exercise had not worked. The weight loss has been increasing lately. It was slow at first even though I was looking better and my clothes were fitting looser before the weight loss started happening. People need to be patient for a few weeks to allow the product to build up in the body. Also, the weight loss is not linear. There were mornings where I'd gained weight over the previous day. This was during a period of 10 days where I did not lose any weight. Patience is required.Another thing is you need to drink plenty of water to help the supplements to dissolve into your system and to help your body flush out the fat. You will be peeing fairly often, but it is a minor nuisance compared to how much better you feel. Also, you need to eat a sensible diet and exercise to increase the positive effects. One nice thing about the supplements is they make you feel satisfyingly full after a meal, and you just don't feel like snacking between meals. And I feel more energetic so that I've been able to get out and walk a good deal, which seems to be increasing my weight loss. It is a positive upward cycle of increasing weight loss leading to an increased exercising ability, leading to further weight loss.Omega Soul is a nice company. They send you e-mails with weight-loss tips, e-books, meal plans, a free yoga membership with access to 70 free videos, and 15% discount codes on further purchases here at Amazon.

It's doing something
The first day I took it, I did notice my food cravings diminished. I was always snacking, being on the computer most of the time. At the end of the first week, I lost 5 pounds (water or fat?). But 7 days later, I gained back the 5 pounds - hmmm. No change for the next 2 weeks. The "instructions" say to take a capsule about 30 - 45 minutes before eating, but I don't keep regular meal times - I eat when I'm hungry! Now, it has been a month, and the weight is slowly dropping - hopefully, it won't keep bouncing. I started at 254. Now I'm at 247. The cravings are not as bad as they used to be. So it's still doing something good. My initial goal is to drop 50, ultimate is 70 pounds. I'd like to be able to start hiking the mountains, again, even though I'm 60! But, everyone gets different results and weight drops quicker when you are younger! The real trick is, how to get there: being young again. . .

Doesn't play well with Synthroid
Let me preface the 'don't like it' with saying I am hypothyroid. Rather drastically so, in that my side effects include weight gain of about 2-3 sizes within 2 weeks off meds, tiredness (ie falling asleep while talking on the phone or sitting at a desk), mood swings/depression (bursting into tears for no reason), and forgetfulness (ie being at a drive-through window and forgetting what I want to order between the time I look at the menu and the time I open my mouth). I ignored other posters' reviews stating that the garcinia cambogia ("GC") and thyroid meds don't play nicely together. I thought I could find a way around that for a month while I revamped my diet - my goal was to use the GC as a boost while I shifted my diet to a lower-fat diet. I figured that by the time the bottle ran out, my diet would have shifted away from fatty foods enough for me to maintain a slimmer self without the supplement. Here's what happened:Day 1 - My scale was broken, so I took a ribbon and measured my waist, cutting the length to be the same as my girth. It was demoralizing. I took my synthroid at 6am, GC at noon, and vitamins at night (since synthroid and GC aren't compatible, synthroid and calcium aren't compatible, and GC and calcium aren't compatible). This meant that I only did a half dose of the GC suggested on the bottle for maintaining weight. I felt pretty good and didn't do as much stress-eating and didn't eat as much for lunch/snack/dinner (this pattern held true even after I stopped the GC).Day 2 - I followed the same timing as Day 1 (I did this timing the whole time). At 6am I measured my waist and saw that I dropped about 1/3". I marked the line on my ribbon with a safety pin. I felt good, found myself eating less and not really craving the fats and junk as much since I wasn't as hungry.Day 3 - I lost another 1/3-1/2". I had a fast food burger and greasy fries at lunchtime for the first time in about 2 weeks, but still felt good the whole day through. I started to congratulate myself on how awesome it was working, and how clever my plan was. I was also doing much better in continuing to shift my eating habits to fresh produce and home-cooked rather than fast food.Day 4 - Lost another 1/4", but had a tired day. Felt good, and chalked up a late night to the tired feelings. My coworkers commented a couple times on how I should get to bed early that night because of how much I was yawning.Day 5 - Gained 1/2". Felt extremely tired, a little woozy and forgetful, and had a sinking sensation that I had been a little premature on the self-congratulations.Day 6 - Took my sythroid and skipped the GC. Gained the full full girth plus another 1/8" back, my puffy eyes and marshmallow gut were prominent, and I had to 'fess up to my coworkers that I had a thyroid issue and had screwed up my meds after randomly bursting into tears when someone said hi to me.I know synthroid builds up in your system, and I've been off it for up to 3-4 days in the past, but I've never had it wiped so entirely out of my system like that. The GC completely cleansed my system and stripped the medication out of me. It took about three days to be back to normal again. So did it work? Yes and no. If I didn't take Synthroid, it would have been awesome. Unfortunately for me, it wasn't the solution I was looking for. It did get me the partial week that I needed psychologically to get me over the hump on eating habits. Being able to eat a full low-fat, fresh, tasty meal every day while seeing a marked decrease in girth was great positive reinforcement - I'd love to know if the girth would have stayed off if I had been able to continue. This was about 6 weeks ago, and I'm back to doing things the slow way at about a pound a week (I switched back over to weight instead of girth once I got the scale fixed). My girth is less than when I originally measured it on Day 1, but the results are a whole lot slower than those initial three days!
