Beautiful mermaid tail pendant. It really shines in the sunlight.
I purchased this for my daughter as a present for Easter. She loves anything fairy tale from mermaids, princesses, and unicorns. She has a summer mermaid outfit that this will go beautifully with. It comes packaged in a velvet drawstring pouch. The scale gemstone is beautiful and really shines in the sunlight. The gemstone is firmly attached so I don't have the worry if she's wearing while playing outside. The back of the pendant also has an intriguing style. The necklace is made of alloy and the length can be adjusted easily. We opted for the antique gold and it is an exquisite color. Since her friends all love mermaids, I think may purchase more in the other color combinations to give as gifts as well. Since the chain is made of alloy, I wouldn't risk bathing or swimming in it. It could tarnish or ruin its finish. I would suggest wiping with a jewelry cloth if necessary.

Cheap looking
I ordered the copper/rose gold looking chain and it looks very brassy and cheap. The pendant is much more pigmented than it looked online - brighter and looks cheap, too. I purchased this as a gift but will not be giving it. Looks like dollar store jewelry. The paper that comes with it is grammatically incorrect so I don't feel like I can give it to anyone. Would be fine for young children.

Cute, but really big!
I got this for my 8-yo's birthday. It's so cute, but it is REALLY big. Just make sure you double check the size before you order- it's really big on such a little neck.

Cute for a young person, a little cheap looking
I bought this as a high school graduation gift for a friend, but I never actually sent it. In retrospect, it does look like the picture. Still, it’s surprisingly cheap looking. The rose gold chain looks really cheap imo. It’s cute and cheap for a young person, but I wouldn’t really recommend for an adult.

This was a fun inexpensive gift to give a friend of mine who is obsessed with mermaids. No, she won't be wearing it to work as an engineer, but it's a fun little bit of flair for the weekends. The pendant itself is bigger than anticipated, about an inch in diameter. And it certainly had as much shine as I hoped.

A beautiful pendant for any little mermaid! Oftentimes jewelry that is a little flashy is poorly made. This necklace is solid with a beautiful scalloped gem in the center. The opalescent gem is exactly represented. Would buy again. Lovely costume jewelry or for everyday wear.

Broke immediately
I bought this for a 4 year old's birthday. She was thrilled. I was not thrilled when it immediately broke (the clasp broke). Later (roughly 2 weeks) the main scale part fell out. Spend a little more money and buy a quality product.
