More model than toy.
My 5yo son loves SxS toys and has several of these NewRay models. They are pretty fragile for the money. This one in particular came in damaged packaging but the toy itself was intact and has held up so far.

Super cheap for being so expensive
This was by far my sons favorite christmas present. All I heard was how he wanted it out of the box so he could play with it. When I finally opened it I thought it would at least last at least a couple weeks of play... I was very sadly mistaken. It lasted about a whole fifteen minutes before it broke. He wasn't even playing rough with it. Now all I listen to is the crying broken heart of a small boy who desperately wants his side by side to work. Absolute worst waste of money.
