It helps me make sure what I am esting doesn’t have any hidden sugars. This is a newer type of device that caught my attention that is a lot easier to use. You press on, wait 30 seconds for clear, blow in it and get results. The accuracy of it I can not speak to, but it does show that I am in ketosis when eating well, and not during binge weeks. You will have to not eat or drink before hand to get accurate results. My only concern is that when my kids tried it, it did register .2 for some reason after eating a pizza and carbs all week. It needs a beep to know when to start blowing after calibrating too. But I think it does the job of helping me know where I stand in terms of being keto or not, and a whole lot easier than peeing on sticks.

I bought this meter based on all the positive 5-star reviews. When I got the meter, it is super lightweight and felt really cheap. I followed the instructions exactly and ran three cycles to clear any residual gas inside the unit. Then I waited another 5 minutes and measured my own breath. Within 5 seconds my reading was red alert, 9.5, I was in Ketoacidosis! I thought it must be an error, and did the 3 clearing cycles again, waited another 5 minutes, and once again red alert, 9.5, I was in Ketoacidosis! Apparently, this meter can only give one false result, 9.5 over and over again. Completely useless, returned it right away.

Product worked great for about the first month. The meter now reads 9.0 as the result everytime it is used regardless of when the reading is taken. I have attempted replacing the batteries, replacing the mouthpiece and allow the meter to recalibrate multiple times before using it. At this point I have stopped attempting to use it.

I cannot give this product a good or a bad review I purchased it but I have never been able to get a reading off of it but I am a bigger eater so it just might be me

I liked it for the first few weeks but it no longer works or reads when I use it. Battery shows full charge. It just doesn’t work.

I started a low carb diet and wanted something more accurate than pee sticks to measure Ketone levels.I bought two of these units and they both failed to give accurate readings after about a month. Now they read 2.65 every time I use it.Total junk.

I bought this based on the reviews and not disappointed. It does seem to work very well. Only time the meter seems to be off is if I have left the mouth piece on for to many times. I switch it out and back in business.

Easy to set up and start using. This is really handy to have. I just started my keto diet and this lets me keep track better.The ketone meter is very easy to use and accurate, with excellent quality and customer service!
