This could easily have been a 5-star review. The "raw" KB is well made. The seller packaged the item well, and shipping was fast (for non-Prime). The problem is that the power coating is chipped in numerous spots. The largest chip is about the size of a quarter and located on the handle. The powder coating is thick so you can feel the sharp edges where it is chipped. This KB should never have left the manufacturer, and should have been sold as a damaged item. The KB looks similar to the pics provided by reviewer audioholic (02/12/2019). I would strongly recommend considering a Prime Seller.

This is a very high quality cast iron kettlebell at a reasonable price. The cast iron feels great for longer workouts. Handle is wide enough for above average size hands. Seems to be very durable so far. I'll definitely order the same brand when I need a heavier kettlebell.UPDATE - Taking 1 star off. The powder coating started to chip off on the handle after about 14-15 months. This led to a patch of rust a few months later. Still a good kettlebell for the price but I'll have to sand and paint the handle before the rust gets too bad.

I own a number of kettlebells in different weights, including CAP and RKC, but this recent purchase is probably my favorite. Most importantly, it doesn't have that annoying ridge on the underside of the handle like both sets of CAPs that I own. The texture is very similar to my 32 kg RKC, which is a slightly pebbly to provide a good grip, but not so pebbly as to be abrasive to the hand (but I'm in the habit of using chalk regardless of the texture). If I could change anything, I would make the handle not quite so wide--it's about 8", which is about an inch wider than my other kettlebells. This gives a nice grip for two-handed swings, but is a bit annoying in requiring you to spread your legs wider than you might be accustomed to. The bottom is nice and flat to provide stability for things like renegade rows. Everything considered, it's a very nice kettlebell, especially for the money.

I read too many Amazon reviews, and I saw that even with more expensive kettlebells there were complaints about finish, sharp edges, and bad materials. I bought a 20 pound version of this kettlebell and am happy with the purchase so far (after 6 weeks). There are no sharp edges, the item looks pretty much exactly like the picture, and I'm enjoying using it for workouts. I can get both my hands on the handle, but the pinky fingers are a little quished.As a beginning kettlebell user, I'm glad I got the 20 pound item to start. Some sites recommended 35 pounds for beginners, but (as a guy of overage height and strength), I think it would have been hard to learn the moves properly with a kettlebell of that weight. If I decide to go for something heavier as I progress, I will buy a heavier version of this item.

This is a great kettlebell!! Its got a nice large, heavy duty handle that fits both (larger size) hands. Also really like the powdered coating. Ordered on May 27, w/ shipping estimated between June 4th-7th, however I received it May 30th!! Very pleased with the kettlebelll itself & the very fast shipping! Will be ordering more of these!

I ordered this kettlebell because it was way cheaper than most, thinking I might have compromised on quality, boy I was wrong, this is an amzing kettlebell, top quality feels very comfortable for longoing duration workouts, I dropped it a few times on concrete and didn't even dink it, I definitely recommend this product

Arrived a day earlier than expected. It's exactly what I was looking for.. a 15 lb Kettlebell. A bit expensive in my opinion for $38 but it's slim pickings due to the Corona quarintine. Gotta get what you can while its available. Only 4 stars because it had minor imperfections - scuff/chip marks on the handle. It's small and easy to handle.. Perfect size for me!

After doing a bit of "research", the things that seem to separate the cheap/bad from expensive/good kettlebells is the coating and the smoothness of the handle seam on the underside. This kettlebell is solid in both categories. It's pleasant to hold, that is, not distracting you from your form, and turns in the hand nicely for cleans and overhead presses.
