I use this for knee maintenance and this stuff is great! No doubt that it positively affects my joints. Admittedly I was skeptical about this before I originally ordered it, but history and past performance have proven otherwise. I was out of product for about 2-weeks due to me being lazy and not ordering it and I slowly began to notice my joints becoming more creaky as the days wore on. I was continuing to exercise as I was, but it took longer to recover and longer to warm up, and sometimes I felt rickety. I ordered more (and reset my subscribe and save) and as soon as I started taking it again, I noticed an improvement to my overall mobility. If you have never taken this before, you do need to do a boosting dose, but when on maintenance it works great. This is not a panacea nor is it a sugar pill. It doesn't fix major joint issues, go see your doctor for those. You do need to remain active, exercise right and eat a balanced diet, but I will swear by this stuff. It is a supplement and has helped me work through joint aches and pains from overdoing it. This is one of the few supplements that actually does something for you! Don't take just my word for it, try it out for yourself and prove those of us that have successfully added this to our nutrition regimen.

I have scoliosis and have recently been experiencing more pain in my hips and lower back. I've been supplement hopping trying to find something that eases the pain without giving me an upset stomach. I think I've found it! I take three of these capsules a day, about half an hour before lunch. I love that the ingredients are gluten-free and dairy-free! It does not have a bunch of unnecessary fillers, and it is all natural.

I use this to help ease severe arthritis in my knee. It does not fully take the pain away but it does help. The pills are easy to take. I like that it's a months supply (some other brands are only 15 day supply). I thought this worked well for mild relief of pain, and might even work better for someone whose arthritis isn't as severe as mine is.

It did keep the swelling down.Joint still feel tight, might need to take it a bit longer. Working on it.

My mother has bad joint pain in her hands, these were purchased for her. I wanted to try a natural supplement before we take a more medical approach. She said her joint pain has noticeably minimized, but it obviously not completly gone. The down is side is you only get about 16 days worth if you take the recommended dose of 6 a day.

Can't beat the price and convenience. And I love it that it has turmeric. I've taken glucosamine for approximately 25 years due to the torn cartilage in my left knee. The pain initially was so unbearable, but after about 6 weeks of taking the supplement, the pain was gone, and still is.

I really did not expect this to help much. It did take some time, but I simply cannot believe how much it helped. My podiatrist had told me that I could have surgery to stop the pain in by big toe joint, and that the surgery is only 80% to 90% successful. The surgery would also be quite expensive, and put me out of work for a couple of months. I am so glad I tried this instead! The pain is not completely gone, but it is no more than an occassional nuisance now.

I have a knee that will be replaced, but with with the upset with the Medical field at this time , I am just trying to cope with time , and this product has helped .
