One use and I had back pain for a week
These are awful. They do not stretch at all. After one use, where I did about 4 sets of 10 leg exercises, my back pulled out of alignment and I was in horrible pain for a week. In terms of arm exercises, they are completely impossible as the bands are too tight. The large is barely big enough to be used by an adult, and the small and medium are for children only, but too tight to use. I literally could barely get 1 leg into the small one, and I am a size 8.

THESE ARE BOMB!
These are for if you want the ultimate resistance during your workouts. Iv'e had these and the rubber ones. I will say I prefer having both options only because they both can be used for different motions. The rubber ones are more stretchy and are easier to use, especially if using for arm workouts, etc. BUT these ones for the legs, thighs and butt are a total WIN.

These are NOT resistance bands
These were way to thick and impossible to stretch. I consider myself to be a pretty athletic person, but these bands were more likely to make me pull a muscle rather than give me a good workout. I do not recommend them because they don't provide any resistance. They're just really stiff and impossible to stretch.

It's ok
I've had these for months, just getting around to a review. They've held up nicely. I have to say, I wish they would just sell the small one. If you are a beginner at resistance bands the other sizes will wear you out! Not much stretch to the medium and large which I get. If you can handle them great but the medium and large is a force to be reckoned with! In my opinion resistant bands shouldn't be this thick and large but that's just my preference. I know that these are going to last a while and I don't see them breaking any time soon.

Is it just me or do these not make any sense?
In the description it states these are Small, Medium, and Large but that's not how they're actually labeled. Instead they are labeled Light, Medium, and Heavy. With the shortest one being "Light" and the longest being "Heavy." The lightest resistance band is, personally, useless because of how stretchy it is, and it is the size I wish the Heavy band would be. The Heavy band is just too long to do much of anything besides crab walks for me. Even then, I wish it was shorter. The best thing about these bands is their quality, but I wish they just made more sense.

Could've been better, could've been worse
The resistance bands are very high quality and offer a good amount of resistance depending on the level. However, the medium and high resistance bands are too large for my smaller frame (5’4", 130lbs) so I have to start with my feet wider than shoulder width apart just to keep them from falling. Having said that, I can't take full steps if I wanted to do side steps or monster walks. They're great for bridges or wall sits to activate the adductors, but I wish they didn't require to start with such a large base of support to stay on.

exactly as advertised
After using the usual thin stretchy resistance bands at physical therapy, I knew I wanted something that felt more durable, and was less prone to winding itself up as I moved. A whole lot of research later, these were my choice. They were less expensive than a lot of similar items, but got solid reviews. The first time I used them I knew I had made the right choice. They are sturdy, they don't roll down, and the resistance they provide feels more even and significant than the thin stretchy ones. As other reviewers have noted, I have used them on bare legs and they are quite comfortable - you don't have to have a layer of fabric between you and the band.

No resistance
I returned them because there was practically no resistance.
