Promptly provided a replacement
The first product I received failed almost immediately, but I reached out to the seller and it was a simple process to receive a replacement. The product does as advertised and works great. The one CON is that I've found it difficult and annoying to keep track of where to download and install the driver which is required to use the product.Before writing this review, I logged into Amazon so I could check my order history, find this product, and read the details to help me find the driver again. Since there's no branding on the product itself, I'll probably tape a note to it with the company name or URL to help me find the driver quicker in the future.

Easy to use and works like a charm
First item shipped to me was defective and wasn't being recognized on multiple different computers. I contacted the seller and they were quickly able to send me a replacement device. Great customer service, very prompt! The second one I received worked perfectly. It was a simple plug and play with my PC (Windows 10). I have used both the HDMI and VGA, both work without any issues. Would recommend this item and seller.

Works as expected
Took several tries to figure out that the device is not compatible with a Multi USB charging cable. My phone screen started showing on TV after I scanned the on screen QR code and followed the instruction to switch on the developer mode, etc. And of course, after I switched over to a cable that only has one Type C on the phone side instead of Multi USBs for my Android phone.

El productos es funcional en usb 3.0 es perfecto en 2.0 trabaja en baja resolucion 800x600 aun no lo pruebo con el cable vga

Easy fix to bypass broken hdmi port on TV!
My husband got a free tv because the hdmi port is not working on it and the person was going to throw it out. We ordered this and it worked perfectly so we can use out firestick! Works great and was a good price!

Add a second monitor to your PC
It's very useful when you need a second or bigger monitor for your computer or tablet to duplicate or extend the displays.

Works flawlessly once you get it working.
Initially had trouble installing. Eventually realized that the driver was installed ON the unit in RAM. Instructions were a bit poorly written.

Neither HDMI or VGA would output
I had connected the HDMI to a TV to use as a monitor for my pc, along with a VGA to my usual monitor I use. All my cables are tested to work, along with the USB ports on my pc, but for some reason it keeps showing up as two different things when connected as both "C-media USB headphone set" and "USB composite device" under my connections. I'd be willing to rate it higher if this problem could be addressed.

A good product but priced high!
as intended, I was able to set up dual monitor using this device. Once you set up the driver, it works as expected. The device becomes hot when used for 4-8 hours. The only issue I found is that one or two times the screen goes blank for a second. This is the only thing that bothers me and need fixing to make this product an awesome one. I reduce one 🌟 for that

Working Feature
This device promises to give an output of higher resolution when we use this n USB 3.0 but this did not work as mentioned, it is giving an output of 800x600 resolution.I also tried using this product in USN 2.0 there also it gives a resolution of 800x600But I like the built quality of the product,
