For starters I want to preface this with my expectations we’re already low due to the previous reviews left on this listing.When I received the item it was nicely packaged nothing was damaged and it was shipped so that nothing moved during transit.When I opened the package completely and tried the shoes on, the bow fell off immediately.I’m a crafter so I could have glued it back on with hot glue no problem (easy fix) and it was the only thing that readily broke. (See explanation below for reasons why I didnt “easily” fix the bow issue)The heel caps are made of silicone/plastic and they pop off so you’d probably need to glue those in with industrial adhesive if you’re going to be waking around in them.The other thing about these shoes that I was prepared for (due to the reviews left by previous folks) was the clasp mechanism. It’s not a regular belt buckle loop and it requires a special touch to get it right.I returned these because the shipping price was so high and the quality of the shoes was so low.I would have rather spend about $25 on these in store or online without the $18.00 shipping and glued the pieces together.But to pay $50 for shoes and the shoes fall apart upon touching them.Hard pass for me.If the shipping was free or through Amazon prime then I would not have returned them and I would have put in the effort to DIY.I would have needed to reinforce the bow, glue the heel caps in and change the ankle strap to a regular belt loop for ease and add the spikes back onto the ankle strap to match. That’s too much DIYing for a $50 product.My purpose was to use these for aesthetic and not for wear but if you are going to wear these be ready to put in a bit of effort to make them more long lasting.As for the fit of the shoe.. ladies & queens...Ya’ll already know. Toe box is small and they’re very high so don’t expect comfort.The spine heel is made of plastic and the leather is hard so you’ll have to break them in.

i was disappointed to find that show was not as shown in the image. the front of the shoe is not black, but is the same fabric as the rest of the shoe. the buckle is round, which does not hide the strange latch mechanism used on this shoe. one of my bows was also coming off; so i had to glue down the strap around it.overall though, these shows are beautiful, comfortable, and a great price. what irks me though, is the incorrect product photos.an aside, the ankle straps are quite small. moving the buckle to the last hole, they are pretty snug. i have many, many shoes with ankle straps, and this is the first time i've had this issue.fit is true to size.

I'm so conflicted!They are cute, right? RIGHT? But man was I disappointed when I found out that I couldn't wear them. I normally wear a 9 to 9 1/2 so I bought a 10 just to be safe.Can I cry now? I couldn't wear them and they don't have a size larger. They were super narrow and tight. I should have gotten a size 10 1/2 or 11 (which they don't have and it would have been the first pair that I EVER bought in that size). Never before did I feel like I had fat feet until this pair of shoes. I have so many high heels and stilettos that I need a shoe rack just for me. The design is cute, the buckle for the ankle is a bit of a hassle but easily overcome once you figure it out, and the heel & design is to die for! I'm just sad that I had to return them due to the fact that I couldn't even wear them. :(*** Update ***I had tried to return the shoes and shortly after sending in my request, my mother fell ill and I had to leave town. When I returned (after she passed) I asked if I could return the shoes and was super apologetic that I had to return past the 90 days. I was assured that it was fine and given the information to send them back. After the company received my package, I was told I would not get a refund.Amazon gets flying colors for aiding me in my situation!This company? Get's a giant goose egg. I've purchased many things from this company for family and friends and I can say, after the week of messages and broken English through heartless e-mails, I'll never purchase from this company again. Horrible customer service.Wish I could give it 0 stars.

I love how beautiful and comfortable they are when wearing them. Based on others reviews I do agree. These shoes need to be better built for safety purposes. The glue separates after worn and the clear heal supports do start to fall off. My fear is the heal itself breaking in half or coming off like the other reviews. These are very stunning but poorly made. If I know how these where made I would build these heels stronger.

I bought these for a high fashion editorial type photoshoot and I loved them from the MOMENT I opened the box and put them on. I see a lot of complaints on the clasp but it's meant so it doesn't have any unsightly hanging straps (which can be a pain to edit out of photos), It wasn't hard whatsoever to figure out, but if you're struggling you can look on youtube or google how to use it. Mine came in perfect condition, fit well, and didn't start hurting my feet till about 1 1/2 hours into standing constantly. If you love how these look, BUY THEM. It's SO worth it.

I bought these shoes for my girlfriend for Christmas, and she absolutely loves them. She hasn't had anything negative to say. I definitely recommend. You take off the Bottom of the heel protectors and then Super Glue them on.3

I wear size 10 but in some shoes 11, they only carried 10 so I got it and it's my size but it was a bit snug to put on but I got it on walked around and felt comfortable in it. It looks really good in my feet and I love the style

Pros: Creative design, receive lots of compliments. +4☆☆☆☆Cons: Headache to figure out the false buckle and clasp design. I almost returned it until I found one other review that explained the odd mechanism. The clasp hooks over and under the buckle and is suppose to be hidden. The buckles on my pair were oval shaped--unlike the rectangle buckles in the product photo--so when the clasp was hooked to the buckle you can see the underlying clasp. -1☆
