The box arrive half open. No parts seem to be missing as of yet, but I did not like how the box came packaged.The instructions were extremely difficult to read and see (small pics that were not clear) and the first connector (foot pole with part the seat connects to) was extremely difficult to put together. We actually had to pull the black piece out (after breaking it a little) and slide it on the other piece, then push it in the other part with some vaseline. It was not easy and took some problem solving. But it fits the hoverboard just right and functions well.

MOST FUN EVERRRR !!!

They were Christmas gifts for my 8 year old twin nieces and they love them!
