I have gotten through have of this book and it has been so insightful. It is an easy read and tempting to plow through it and miss all the deep content that is poured out in each page. I am a reflective person and the rich excerpts, quotes, and portions of interviews have been exactly what I needed as I navigate this part of my life. The book is organized in a way where it represents each part of your journey through life. It helps to bring meaning to things that have happened in life and why they happened. It also helps your understand how experiences are part of the revelation to the path that life is leading you.After reading some of the reviews, I can understand how one might be disappointed if they were looking for Oprah to give you the answer to your life's destiny. But in my opinion it is written in a way to help you reflect and listen to yourself and experiences to guide you to the path that you are destined to take. Oprah shares how her revelation of her life experiences helped her to understand that she is in this place that she is in today because everything in life was guiding her to her purpose.I have recommended this book to every family member and friend that I have spoken to and have highlighted and marked this book up. Once I finished, I will reread it to chart out the revelations that I need most to support my current and next season. If you read this book with an open heart and a mind to reflect this book with be beneficial as you make meaning of your "Next."

This book inspires people to embrace life and gives practical advice on how to do it. Along with some tips on what challenges to expect and how to handle them. It’s combines segments of interviews in an organized format. I’ve read it multiple times, and seem to get something out of it every time.

This was a doozy for me, emotionally and spiritually. When I saw the book and the audio were free, I hopped on it. I needed some encouragement and I knew that Oprah could do just that. I was even more excited that I would have the chance to read along as I listened. I just know the lessons would hit me even harder. Sadly, while they did just that, they didn’t in a sense. As I was following along, I noticed that the audio and the kindle book were not in sync. Some things that Oprah shared as far as the interviews and teachings were present in the audio, but not in the book. And vice versa. Therefore, though I gave it 4 stars, I can not recommend one or the other. If you are looking for something uplifting, this is it though.

I have admired Oprah for most of my life. Not only is she from my beloved Mississippi, but she continues to push outside the lines that have been drawn around her. In THE PATH MADE CLEAR she does what she is known for: remind us all that greatness can be ours as well.The book is a collection of lessons learned from her and other respected luminaries, but the message is clear: they are not special. We are not inferior. What matters is that all of us have a purpose, and once identified and accepted anything is possible.THE PATH MADE CLEAR is exactly what we need now. It's a pep talk from those who have "made it" showing us that there is room for all of us to achieve amazing things.

Oprah, thank you for this beautiful book!It is bulging with pearls of wisdom and invitations to elevate one’s consciousness. Here Oprah has used her hard-earned platform to help so many in immeasurable ways. She took gems from many of her interviews and made them easily accessible to us all. Then the seeds that she plants in these pages are supercharged with her powerful positive intentions.This book is packed with fantastic comments from many highly inspired souls. I found them to be immensely valuable. But I mostly enjoyed Oprah’s descriptions of her personal experiences at the beginning of each chapter. By sharing the examples and events that brought her to her thinking and to her level of knowingness, she takes us with her and provides an opportunity for the reader to really hear and to better understand the concepts that she is sharing.The book is also physically gorgeous. It is filled with breathtaking natural beauty which enhances the impact of it all. I will read it again and again.Christine M. Theard, M.D.

I read this in less than an hour and it’s so beautifully written.At first I thought it was going to be an in-depth book based on Oprah and her life experiences and part of me was very much looking forward to that. But I found it very interesting on how she shined the light on so many people we look up to in the world, that got to share their wisdom.So I got to read pieces of wisdom and life experiences of others, which in a way is very useful because us humans are different and complex. There is a message in there for everyone and you get to find out which person has given you it.The pages, paper and imagery is so beautiful, it feels very expensive and I cannot read a book without highlighting them but this was far too beautiful to touch.It’s a great buy if you want an easy read but if you think it’s all about Oprah it isn’t, so just keep that in mind. Hope this helps.

I love Oprah but this book is predominately quotes from authors and celebrities she finds inspiring. It's quite interesting but I bought it for Oprah's words, not those of others. Disappointing.

I wanted to love this book but I couldn’t. It’s just a collection of quotes from well known people. Not what I expected at all.

This book is very well written. Inspirational and informative. Taking the reading on a journey to experience thoughts of other prominent individuals in society.Excellent Read and I would definitely recommend this book to everyone.Very positive tips to take away from the book

Just buy it. It's Oprah telling you her best lessons in life. If there's one person to trust, it's someone whos interviewed thousands and thousands of people. Its a beautifully made book and a delightfully inspiring read.
