I love that it comes with different size heads and 5 speeds. As a licensed professional, I thought this was going to actually work because it had all of the "extra's", sorry...so disappointed.

Pretty cool product. Works best if you've steamed your face (makes it a lot easier!). Be careful holding it in place too long!

This works and I love it but the instructions are a little confusing. But I love that it has a cupping attachment... it feels sooo good on your back
