Having tried a few monitors for our organisation, this one has been the best great value for quality and features in the under £150 category.Really appreciate the USB-c connection to easily connect with our Macbook Air 2020, but also works with my Dell too. As it has 3 USB ports (for mouse, keyboard, etc) and can charge via USB-c, I only have one cord into the laptop; so serves as a great docking station. The USB-c ability will also be useful as many at our organisation use Chromebooks, which many no longer have HDMI ports.The menu buttons are intuitive and well displayed and the monitor is height adjustable. The speakers aren't great, but I have yet to find any in this category value category that do.Can very much recommend if the above features would be useful.I don't often leave a review, but have been very please with this, so wanted to share.

Loved the ease of set-up and the ability to easily change screen angle and height. It’s a good picture quality also. Use two of these with my MacBook Pro 2021

Nice monitor with height adjustment and nearly all the connectors you could need for PCs - only missing a DVI.It is pretty heavy, but that's mainly the stand.Also no VESA mount, but the height and tilt on the stand is good.

I ordered one of these a couple of years ago for my office and it works great so I decided to get another one for my home. I ordered it in January and it didn't work - when I plug it into my laptop it keeps disconnecting. I've had an endless back and forth with them involving speaking to an engineer, sending the monitor in for repair (which meant me having to wait all day for DHL), them sending it back (again meaning I again had to stay in all day) and it STILL doesn't work. Meaning I haven't had a working monitor in over 6 weeks. And I haven't had an apology from them for the inconvenience of all this

I bought this monitor on the basis that the usbc attachment would both charge my macbook and mirror the display. It did an amazing job of this…FOR 1 DAY! Absolute rubbish! Now without a monitor until Amazon receive it back from the carrier…however long that will be!

I usually dont write reviews, but this one needs special mention. The stand itself is such a glorious one. Easily worth 6k by itself. The monitor is excellent. I have a benQ eyecare and have this side by side a 27inch and the view sonic is the better one by miles ahead. Easily worth 15k+ in my opinion1. USB C to C, USB B to A, 2 power cables (15A head size)2. 5 star power efficiency3. Remarkable packing!4. The gorgeous metal stand. Eye candy!5. The solid display!!!6. USB ports on the monitor!7. USB C port replaces 2 cables, it can charge my laptop and also serve as the cable to transfer the display to my external monitor. I dont have to use a seperate charger for the laptop and the HDMI cable. Neat!

Overall this really is an outstanding monitor. Not the lowest cost, but not high either. The picture is crystal clear and that is the main thing. The stand is one of the best I have seen. Smaller footprint but sturdy and loaded with features. Also hats off to Viewsonic for the formed paper packaging instead of styrofoam. Very nice environmental touch and you deserve a star just for that. I hope that more companies go this route.There are a couple of issues I will list but mostly these are nitpiks.1 - The "finished" side of the base faces the rear of the monitor. The less finished side faces the front. You will see this in any picture. The back facing of the base looks great but it really should be facing the front.2 - The brightness needs to be turned up especially in a bright room. Not bad but it is a little dimmer naturally, so a higher brightness setting is needed.3 - No Display Port cord. Personally I would rather it shipped with a DP cord than an HDMI cord, but that is me. It does come with the USB cord and USB - C cord, but that DP cord would have been a better option. I had to buy 2 for the dual monitor setup I use.Again these are really just nitpiks and nothing that would stop this monitor from receiving 5 stars.

I'm very please with this monitor and my son too. he's studying at college and doing his programming work with his MacBook Pro 2019 (15 inches) and this monitor. If you have a MacBook Pro or air, use a Thunderbolt 3 cable like the Apple 0.8m or Belkin if you want a longer cable. Very easy to configure with the USB-C connector. One thing, the MacBook Pro power has to be connected otherwise the display often flashes.

Ces écrans sont très bien en tout point : colorimétrie, luminosité, constraste, ergonomie, connectivité...mais voilà, 5 écrans achetés et aucun qui ne fonctionne correctement en USB-C avec nos Macbook Pro (13", 15", 2017, 2018, 2019).Nous avons échangés durant 7 mois avec le constructeur directement qui a tenté de corriger le problème sans y parvenir. Nous avons donc fini par retourner ces 5 écrans à Amazon qui nous les a repris.Sur notre unique PC windows, l'USB-C fonctionne très bien.Sans compter ce problème d'USB-C qui concerne les Macbook Pro je recommande très volontiers cet écran.
