A tad pricey but totally yummy in my tummy
While it's kinda pricey, remember it's all hand made in the USA. I don't know where others are getting their facts from because I've seen a lot of "I ordered a bundle of 4 and the whole thing is a pound total, like 2 servings per box" and I'm starting to think they're just making that up because I received 4 16oz boxes which is way more. I think the common serving of any pasta is 2 oz but that's plenty unless you're purposely overeating or trying to carbo load or something. I've tried 3 of the boxes already and they all held their shape and tasted good. The only reason I haven't tried the trumpets yet is because they're not whole grain and I'm diabetic, so stuff like that is special occasion food. Also, the boxes were at least 3/4 full after settling, not half or less like other reviews have stated.Overall, in my opinion it's worth at least trying it out because I like it a lot. I even used the whole grain riganetti (I can't spell it right... the one that has curvy edges) in place of egg noodles in a dish with white (country/peppered) gravy and beef and it worked out really well.Totally worth it in my opinion. A+

Average tasting pasta
Thought it was average tasting for the price. Shapes are fun. Did not notice any difference y taste with saffron or beet pasta. Needs longer cooking time then started but only for some of the pasta.

Healthiest, tastiest, made in USA pasta you'll find
We are a military family currently stationed overseas on an island. I like easy pasta meals, but I want something that actually has good nutritional value for my little ones. We don't have very many healthy options offered at the Commissary, so I order off of Amazon. This is the best pasta I've found! It's tasty, it's healthy, it's the cheapest healthy pasta I've found, and it's made in the USA! I'll continue to buy it when we get back to the States.

Really good food!
I love, love, love this pasta, all 4 types. My personal favourite is the saffron one. I’ve used it in baked sauces, in cauliflower mac’n cheese, with a broccoli sauce—in all cases it was delicious and different from ordinary store-bought pasta. Pricey, but so worth the flavour boost.

Loved this pasta. Great consistency for Al dente pasta! Arrived so quickly. This is my new “go to” pasta!

Great tasting noodle.
this product is 4 different boxes in a box. Amazon was nice to put it in another box. Which helped because when this was delivered it was raining outside. The noodles are great. Be careful they are a type of wheat noodle, so if your gluten free not a good choice. If your not a great choice for a healthier noodle.
