Its base cushion has an imported 50 density foam and the back rest foam is a little hard just to provide you steady straight support so that the person won't fall back. Adjust the two straps on both sides at equal levels. Sit properly on the base cushion and tighten both straps, adjust them at less than 90 degrees this will provide a fine back support.
