I read all the reviews before ordering these. I thought for sure it had to be some bait and switch because every single review said “they’re sharp!” Like maybe people got paid to say they were sharp. Nope, no promotion to write a review (as far as I know) a just awesome knives! I ordered mine in sept (writing review now almost two months later - cuz kids..) but they’ve been awesome. Was hoping to replicate the little red handled aerated knives my parents had when we were kids and these are them! Another review mentioned they don’t say victorinax (spelling) on them, but mine do. I would def recommend these.

It's been impossible to find small paring knives at any brick and mortar store for a couple of years and we really needed new knives. Well these knives are just about perfect for our needs. As a lot of of people have written...these knives are very sharp...so you do need to be careful when peeling veggies/fruit if you peel towards your thumb. I found the knives a bit awkward to hold, something with the grip is different than my old knives. Spouse didn't have any issues and loves them.I would definitely buy again.

These victorinox paring knives are the best ever. I'm sure you'll draw blood accidentally like I have but it's great to have an actually Sharp knife! The serrated ones are also amazing. I actually use the serrated a bit more than the straight blade but they both have their purpose and they are both wickedly sharp

Bought a set of four for my mother. She loves the maneuverability and sharpness of the knives. It allows for most kitchen prep. Be aware these are very sharp. Pleased with my purchase.

Theses paring knives are very sharp so be careful You’ll get plenty of use out of them can’t beat the price

These knives are the absolute best! I have very good expensive ones that I truly now rarely use. One point of interest: trust me they are sharp!! I know from experience!

These knives are amazing, they cut through everything like hot knife through cheesecake.They are very sharp. I already cut myself twice.I bought a set of 4 and gave 3 away, it's a awesome small gift.These knives are super sharp for about a year. After that they are just sharp knife, that will cut tomatoes, bread with easy.But a pack of 4 you won't regret

My family and I enjoy these knives. They are a good price. I have never tried to sharpen these. I just throw away after several yrs.
