Very positive buyer experience and product performs as advertised
I spent a couple of hours on you tube and trying to clean / restore the printer head on my HP Photosmart 7510 but had no luck, it just would not print anything black. New cartridge and all that effort failed so I took a chance on this replacement head. I was a bit worried, but as it turns out it was all for nothing. Seller shipped out my order right away and it arrived sooner then promised. I removed the old printer head, installed the new one and new ink and we are back in business. I compared the print quality to previous print outs and the quality is virtually identical. I have not tried photo printing, but I anticipate that it will be just as good.I recommend this product and seller if you want to avoid all of the extra work trying to resurrect a failing printer head for your HP Photosmart 7510

Works well; as advertised
I was a little worried when I received an email *prior* to receiving the product about troubleshooting! However, there was no need to worry; the refurbished printhead went right in to my HP Phiotosmart 7520 and works just fine. The original problem was that the black ink feed totally stopped working, and attempting to clean the old print head just caused the whole thing to shut down. So, this product worked for me; hopefully, it will work for you as well. Highly recommended.

It Fit and It Worked!!!!
My printer is an HP Photo-smart 7510, about 4 years old. As we are in ministry, this printer is heavily used. We have been having print issues off and on for about 8-9 months. We would clean and reload print head, ink cartridges, etc. Evidently you can only do this so many times and the print heads finally fail to the point of receiving error messages that indicate it can no longer read print head or a message indicating it is actually not installed, when it was.Being on a limited budget had us a little concerned about having to get a new printer but my son in his infinite wisdom began to scope out the print heads and dig a little further when we came across other reviewers that had the same issue and simply replaced their print head. We figured we'd attempt do the same before spending money on a new printer and I'm glad we did. What was great about this print head company is that we received written instructions/suggestions on how to load, install the print head, and/or bypass any error messages should we experience any and this information arrived soon after ordering and before print head arrived so we were aware there could possibly be an issue during installation. There was also return and contact information included. However, our print head fit perfectly and worked perfectly as soon as it was put into the printer. No problems whatsoever. For someone whose printer is used heavily but with a limited budget, this was a blessing Thanks so much!!!

Product didn't help, no tech support from supplier
I recently experienced the same problem as many others, that the black ink stopped working in my HP 7520. After following all of the HP factory troubleshooting instructions, including the rather tedious and messy process of removing and manually cleaning the print head, the next step was to replace the head. Based on a majority of favorable reviews, I ordered this item from Hotcolor. It arrived promptly, but after installing it the problem did not go away, so I concluded that the print head itself was not the problem and bought a new printer. My issue is not so much that the replacement part didn't work, but rather the total lack of support from the supplier. Shortly after ordering the print head, I received a cordial email from Hotcolor thanking me for my order, providing a list of recommendations for installing the item, and it also contained a link via Amazon to contact Hotcolor if I encountered any problems. Moreover, when I received the package, it contained a note from "Jason" thanking me profusely for the order, explaining how valuable all of their customers are, and vowing to do everything possible to ensure my satisfaction. So I clicked on the email link and described my experience up to that point. After 4 days I received no response from Hotcolor, so figured I'd try their website. It did come up, but there is no path to Tech Support, and that website name is up for sale. So I'm not sure how much longer they will be in business. My recommendation at this point would be order at your own risk.

Fixed my error message: Ink System Failure 0xc19a0035
My HP C410a printer started acting up and not printing correctly. FYI, I've printed over 7k pages in total with it (see picture). Anyway, it would miss colors at times or say they're empty when they were new and full. I always use off brand ink and there's been no issues there. Eventually, I was having to run the printer head cleaning after a dozen or so pages or colors would fade. The crispness of the lines printed were getting fuzzy too. I looked at the original print head and noticed where the ink went to paper, the metal areas were a bit jagged likely causing the fuzziness and eventual error. It didn't take long before I got the error message in the picture shown (Ink System Failure 0xc19a0035). I would restart it and that worked a few times but eventually it was done.I bought this generic re-pop to replace the factory unit HP wanted $80 for. This was less than half their cost and included a set of ink cartridges. Aesthetically the generic and HP units are virtually identical in every way, shape, color and form. In picture new unit installed, original to the left.To installed the new print head, remove all the ink cartridges first then flipping up the spring loaded lever on the right side. The print head then just easy slides out. Set in the new one, flip lever down, install ink cartridges, close the cover. Mine said it needed to run an initial start-up and it counted down starting from about 6-7 minutes. After that, everything worked! No errors and printing quality is the same as it was.Test page is with new print head installed.UPDATE: 11/11/20 - Printerhead still working fine. The ink cartridges work but the plastic tab that locks them in place is too flimsy. It doesn't want to stay in a sprung out position so they are a bit challenging to get locked into place.

Do not buy, they don't fit.
These are not 564 cartridges. There are many differences (see pics, black one is true hp cartridge, left is the "replacement")Do not buy.
